Standard Shipping:

• Duration:
  1-2 days (excluding weekends and holidays) for main city centers.
• Order Processing: Orders are packaged and handed over to the courier company promptly when are ready upon placement and payment.
• Delivery Timing: Orders placed will be delivered within 7 working days

Shipping Rates:

• Johannesburg & Surrounding Areas:
  Flat shipping fee of R99 for parcels up to 2kg on Johannesburg & Pretoria main routes. Surrounding areas have a flat shipping fee of R99 for parcels up to 2kg. Thereafter the rate is calculated based on the weight of the parcel.
• National Shipping:
  Main centers have a flat shipping fee of R119 for parcels up to 2kg. Areas not included in this list fall under regional areas, with a flat fee of R119 for parcels under 2kg.

Free Shipping to your Door: Orders over R1000 (updated 01/01/2025) qualify for free delivery to your door within South Africa.

Important Note: Ensure to select the correct shipping fee during checkout to avoid delays. Contact us before checkout if unsure.

High Risk Areas: Some areas are not covered by our courier services due to safety concerns. As such, orders that cannot be delivered to your door will be delivered to a designated location (e.g., a police station). This condition is set by the courier services and is unfortunately out of our control.
