This spray is designed with the LOC method of moisturizing ethnic hair in mind. LOC is an abbreviation for leave in conditioner, oil and cream.  The Spray is the first step in the hair routine and can be applied to wet or dry hair. It is a water based, leave-in conditioner and contains the following oils: Avocado Oil, rosemary oil and Glycerin, which when combined will help condition and strengthen the hair shaft.
